We know that the best business is generated via word of mouth and would like to encourage all Podium clients to refer anyone they know who might be looking for an office. Podium pays up to £1000 in vouchers or invoice credit to successful referral. The refer a friend scheme is subject to the following terms & conditions:
- The new client being referred must sign an office space agreement for a minimum of 6 months
- The new client must not already be a registered lead or opportunity on Podium’s CRM system, whether it be through a broker/agent or a prior direct lead within the last 6 months
- The referring client will be eligible to receive:

- £500 if the new client signs for a 1 or 2 person office; or
- £1,000 if the new client signs on a 3 person or larger office
- Payment to be made as John Lewis or Amazon vouchers, or as a credit against the referring client’s office fees
- Referral fees do not apply to referrals for remote office or Dock Club services
- Podium reserves the right to change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time
