The table below is taken from Instant’s article on hospitality in the flex office market and shows that 50% of respondents stating that friendly staff as one of the reasons they choose flex space.
It could be the price, parking or location that initially sells an office but it’s the quality of the management and friendly and helpful front of house teams who add the value and ensure that clients stay for the long term.
