Sylvia is a CIMA qualified accountant, with varied experience gained in a variety of sectors from a small charity in London, to a large national bank and international entertainment business.  Sylvia joined the Podium finance team in Bournemouth in 2022 and enjoys the small team environment.  In addition to her busy role at Podium, she also co-runs a Bournemouth based Community Interest Company.

In her free time Sylvia enjoys coastal walks, exploring the countryside and spending time with family and friends.
